How to find fast food in the UK
The fast food chain Checkers has announced it will be adding fast food outlets in Britain to its existing network of franchise outlets in the first of what will be several hundred franchises across the country.
A total of 4,600 franchise outlets across the UK will be opened by the end of 2019, with the chain’s first 100 franchises due to open in 2019.
Checkers CEO Simon Johnson said: “We are proud to have partnered with the franchise industry in the hope of supporting them for years to come.”
Checkers is a subsidiary of the UK-based franchise operator McDonald’s Group, which operates franchise restaurants in the US, Canada, France and Spain.
Checkers plans to expand its franchise network in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with more franchises expected to open globally over the coming years.

“Today’s announcement marks the end for a very long and difficult journey,” Johnson said.
“This expansion is a major milestone for the franchise and the franchise business in Britain.”
Today marks a significant milestone for our franchise business, which we believe will be the biggest launch of its kind for decades.
“Our vision is to become the most successful franchise chain in the world, with an incredible global footprint and a massive network of over 500 locations across Europe, Asia and the Middle West.”
We are looking forward to bringing our customers the freshest and most exciting fast food to their homes.
“Read more about fast food: The UK’s franchise system, which was introduced in 2010, allows restaurants to charge a fee to franchisees and have franchisees pay that fee, but the franchisees can’t charge a franchise fee themselves.
The fee is charged to the franchisee at the point of sale.
The fee can be paid at any time by the franchise, and the payment can be made online.
It allows franchisees to have their own money flow to pay bills and to keep profits, which is seen as a cost-effective way of making money.
While Checkers will be opening more franchisees, the company will still be operating the majority of its franchisees in the United Kingdom.
Earlier this year, Checkers revealed that it was planning to open 100 franchise outlets by the middle of 2020, but it has not announced plans for the rest of the country at this time.
Johnson said that the franchise system is a way of ensuring that franchisees have enough cash flow to operate the restaurants and meet their financial obligations.
He said that franchise owners were “very excited” by the expansion plans.”
They are excited about the prospect of being able to operate their own restaurants, as we will be providing them with a flexible business model,” Johnson told the BBC.”
There will be plenty of franchisees that will take advantage of the opportunity to expand their business model and expand their footprint.
